Vadim Vladimirovich was born in 1968. He graduated from the Novosibirsk Humanities Institute with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Before joining Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company, he served as the Deputy Financial Executive, the Financial Vice-executive and the General Director. Since December 2002 he has been working as the Deputy General Director at KTK.
For contribution to the coal mining of Kemerovo Region, Mr. Danilov was awarded with the third-degree medal “For a Special Contribution into Kuzbass Development”, the medal “For Serving Kuzbass”, the medal “For Business Innovations”, and the third-degree interdisciplinary mark the “Miner’s Glory”.
Yuriy Abramovich was born in 1944. He earned a doctorate degree in Economics, and a title of professor. He completed a number of training courses in economic planning (Standford University, USA), corporate governance and organization (Penn State University, USA), and business consulting (Sema-Group Company, Belgium).
Since 1968 Mr. Fridman has been working in the Siberian Branch of the Institute of Economics and Industrial Engineering of Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS). He has authored over 200 different publications.
Prokudin Igor Yuryevich was born in 1955. He holds a PhD in Economics.
Mr. Prokudin served as an overman, the Chief Process Engineer, the Allotment Supervisor, the Deputy Chief Operations Officer, and the Engineering Manager at the Chernigovsky open-pit mine. From 1991 to 1995, he was the First Deputy Head of the local government of the Kemerovo region. From 1997 till 2000, he held such positions as the Deputy General Director and the Vice President of Kuzbassrazrezugol. In 2000, he headed Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company. In 2004, Mr. Prokudin was awarded with a ”Distinguished Miner of Kuzbass” medal by the local government of the Kemerovo region.
In 2008, by the governor’s decision, Mr. Prokudin was awarded the Golden Mark of Kuzbass. For his long service and productive work in the coal mining industry of Kuzbass, Igor Yuryevich became a holder of third, second and first class Miner’s Glory marks, third class Labor Glory medal, and the Kemerovo region medal of all three classes For the Special Contribution into Kuzbass Development. He was given a title of the Honorary Employee in Coal Mining, an honorary title of the Kuzbass Distinguished Miner, and an honorary title of the Honorary Employee of Fuel and Energy Industry. He is the prize winner of the Miner of Russia golden mark.
Eduard Vladimirovich was born in 1976. He graduated from the Kuzbass State Technical University, majoring in Economics and Management of Mining and Exploration Establishments. From 1997 till 2000, he worked as a lead engineer in the Financial and Economic Analysis Department, as the Chief Economist of the Financial Planning and Analysis Department and as the Head of the Financial Planning and Analysis Department at Kuzbassrazrezugol.
In August 2000, Mr. Alexeenko joined Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company as the Head of the Financial and Economic Management Board, and in 2001 was appointed the Company’s Financial Deputy of General Director. In 2006, he became the Financial and Economic Deputy of General Director. For his exceptional work in the coal mining industry in the Kemerovo region, he received the third and second class medals ”For the Special Contribution into Kuzbass Development”, as well as the third-class interdisciplinary mark the ”Miner’s Glory”.
Alex Williams was born in 1968. He graduated from the University of St. Andrews with a bachelor’s degree in Theoretical Physics and from City University, London with an MBA.
Mr. Williams worked for several years in PwC (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) in the consulting division and in audit and business advisory services group in Moscow. Following this, Mr.Williams worked at a large energy related investment fund (Vostok Nafta), where he was heavily involved in protecting minority shareholder rights in several Russian oil & gas companies. Mr. Williams has also been involved in private equity investments in the natural resource sector in Russia, he is currently an independent board member of several resource related companies.
