Igor Prokudin General Director

Igor Yuryevich Prokudin was born in 1955. He holds a PhD in Economics. From 1991-1995, he was the First Deputy Head of the local government of the Kemerovo region. From 1997 till 2000, he held such positions as the Deputy General Director and the Vice President of Kuzbassrazrezugol. In 2000, he headed Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company.

Eduard Alexeenko First Deputy General Director

Eduard Vladimirovich was born in 1976. He graduated from the Kuzbass State Technical University, majoring in Economics and Management of Mining and Exploration Establishments. In 2006, he became the Financial and Economic Deputy of General Director at Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company.

Alexander Artemenko Technical Director

Alexander Victorovich was born in 1954. He graduated from the Kuzbass Polytechnical Institute, majoring in Strip Mining Technology and Comprehensive Mechanization of Mineral Deposits. In 2003, he joined Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company as a technical manager, and then became the Deputy General Director responsible for the Company’s development.

Sergey Kovalenko Deputy General Director, Production

Sergey Konstantinovich was born in 1954. He graduated from the Kuzbass Polytechnical Institute, majoring in Strip Mining Technology and Comprehensive Mechanization of Mineral Deposits. In 2005, he joined Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company as the Director of the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine.

Ivan Gepting Deputy General Director, Sales

Ivan Vladimirovich was born in 1976. He graduated from the department of Economics of Kemerovo State University, majoring in Finance and Credit. In 1996, he worked for the local government of the Kemerovo region. In May 2000, he joined Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company as the Deputy General Director responsible for the Company’s sales.

Maxim Konstantinovich was born in 1977. He graduated from the Kuzbass Polytechnical Institute. In 1999, he joined Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company as a procurement department specialist.

Sergey Mescheryakov General Director of Meret Freight Forwarding Company

Sergey Sergeevich was born in 1968. He graduated from the Omsk State Academy of Transport routes, majoring in “Locomotives”. Since 1989 Sergey Sergeevich had worked in the coal mining industry of Kuzbass as an assistant driver of locomotive in the industrial railroad transportation, as the Head of Equipment Depo, as the Head of railroad transportation management. Since 2005 Sergey Sergeevich has worked in Meret Freight Forwarding Company. Since 2010 he has been the General Director of Meret Freight Forwarding Company.

Andrey Trofimov General Director of Transugol

Andrey Victorovich was born in 1970. In 1994, he was appointed as the Head of the Sales Department of Industrial Ventilation Company. In 1996, he joined Inkombank’s branch in Omsk. Then he became an officer of the customer base development office of Corporate Business Department. In 1999, he joined the Omsk Region State Oil Supervision Body as the Head of License Department. In 2001, he accepted a position of the Oils & Lubricants Department Head at Omsk Fuel Company and, in 2002, he headed the company.

Alexey Alexeev Director LLC Novosibirsk Fuel Corporation

Alexey Yuryevich was born in 1964. In 1990, he graduated from Novosibirsk State University, majoring in Economics. He started his professional career as a senior engineer in 1992. Then he worked as a financial executive and the Financial Director. From 1998, he was the Head of Economic Analysis Department at RАТМ, the Financial Director at RАТМ-Group, the Deputy Executive Director and the Financial Deputy General Director. In 2000, he was appointed the Economic Deputy General Director at RАТМ-Energo. In 2001, he headed the company. He continued his career as the Head of the Regional Development Department of Kuzbasskaya ToplivnayaCompany in 2007.

Andrey Magaev Deputy General Director, Finance

Andrey Nikolaevich was born in 1958. In 1981 he graduated from the Novosibirsk Electrotechnical Institute. In 1981 Andrey Nikolaevich began working in NEI, department of Hydroenergetics and Economics. Since 1987 he has been the Candidate of Science. From 1993 till 1997 he worked in different large financial structures in Novosibirsk. From 1997 till 2004 Andrey Nikolaevich worked as the Deputy General Director, Investment and as the General Director in the group of “RATM” enterprises in Novosibirsk. In 2005 Andrey Nikolaevich joined Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company. In 2009 he became the Deputy General Director, Finance.

Maksim Skorokhodov Chief Legal Officer

Maksim Viktorovich was born in 1975. He graduated from the Law department of Kemerovo State University. After graduation Maksim Viktorovich worked in OJSC “Kuzbassenergo”. From 2005 till 2010 he worked as the Director of legal groundwork in OJSC “Holding Company “Siberian Cement”. Since July 2010 Maksim Viktorovich joined Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company as the Chief Legal Officer. In 2000 Maksim Viktorovich completed his training of the presidential program in management. He received a diploma in professional retraining in the Graduate School “Institute of Management and Marketing”.

Sergey Sukhanov Deputy General Director, Capital Development

Sergey Ivanovich was born in 1958. In 1991 he graduated from the Kuzbass Polytechnical Institute. Since 1997 Sergey Ivanovich had worked in the construction industry of Kuzbass. In January 2066 he joined Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company as the Deputy General Director, Capital Development.
